1. Proprietary Rights & Platform Ownership

All content and materials available on Tadka TV, including but not limited to movies, web series, short dramas, original episodes, video clips, audio-visual works, music tracks, scripts, dialogues, graphics, promotional posters, brand logos, user interface designs, and software code, are the exclusive intellectual property of REALCARE SOFTTECH PRIVATE LIMITED (“Tadka TV”, “Company”, “We”, or “Us”) or its licensed content partners.

Users and third parties are strictly prohibited from screen-recording, ripping, downloading, reproducing, redistributing, re-broadcasting, modifying, or commercially exploiting any platform content without prior written permission from the Company. Any unauthorized use, stream ripping, copying, or public dissemination constitutes copyright infringement and will invite immediate legal action under the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Information Technology Act, 2000, and applicable international intellectual property laws.

2. Respect for Third-Party Intellectual Property

We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect all users and partners of Tadka TV to do the same. We are committed to complying with applicable copyright laws, including the Indian Copyright Act, 1957, the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), and international copyright treaties, and responding promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe in good faith that any content hosted or made available on Tadka TV infringes your copyrighted work, you (or your legally authorized agent) may submit a formal written notice to our designated Copyright Officer with the following information:

• Identification of Copyrighted Work: A clear description or title of the original copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
• Location of Infringing Content: Specific URL(s) or exact movie/series/episode titles on Tadka TV where the allegedly infringing material appears.
• Contact Information: Your full legal name, organization/company name (if applicable), physical address, phone number, and official email address.
• Good Faith Statement: A statement confirming that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• Accuracy & Authority Statement: A declaration under penalty of perjury that the information provided in the notice is accurate, and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.
• Signature: A physical or verified electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.

4. Review Process & Repeat Infringers

Upon receiving a bona fide copyright complaint, we will assess the request and, where appropriate, take prompt remedial action, including disabling access to or removing the allegedly infringing content. We may also notify the content provider and offer them an opportunity to submit a counter-notice where permissible under law.

Repeated infringement of intellectual property rights will result in the suspension or permanent termination of user accounts, without prejudice to any legal remedies available to us or the affected rights holder. Tadka TV reserves the right to reject incomplete, frivolous, or fraudulent claims.

5. User Data Ownership & Privacy Reference

For matters relating to personal data ownership, privacy rights, and data protection under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, please refer to our Privacy Policy. Users retain ownership of their personal data, and Tadka TV processes such information strictly in compliance with applicable data protection laws.
